Order E-Mail Address Is Already Existing

you’ve been forwarded to us from Digistore24, but the course you have just ordered already has an existing user account on your e-mail address.

This can happen when you re-order the same course twice. Maybe you’ve cancelled your first order. Anyhow, your e-mail address is already registered in the system.

Please contact us and include your Digistore24 Order-ID and your e-mail address you’ve used for your ordner.
